This course provides a strong foundation for Executive Directors (ED) to understand their roles and responsibilities. The success of a nonprofit depends on an ED’s ability to grow the organization to its fullest potential, all while wearing multiple hats. In this course we will prepare a strategic plan to ensure long-term success of your organization. We will cover fundraising, management of staff, volunteers, understanding the legal and fiduciary duties of board members, and more.
This course is designed to benefit nonprofit executives, board members, staff, or anyone interested in the nonprofit sector.
