Mixed use property
Hello all,
Are there any experienced with using mix use properties that have both business and residential facilities on the same land/parcel/loan?
If so, are you willing to share your experience and steps in the process?

This is a great question, David. Are you looking at any specific locations right now? I know there is some of this in the Baldwin Park area with businesses on the bottom floor of buildings and residential space above. May be helpful to talk to some business owners in that area if we aren’t able to get any additional answers here.
